How long does delivery take
5-7 working days from order confirmation of order, excluding special promotion events where delivery can be extended to 10-15 working days.
Order Delays
While Planet54 endeavors at all times to adhere to previously stated delivery times and schedules of 7 working days, during promotions and special sale events delivery times and schedules may be varied due to the influx of customer orders. During such promotions and promotional events, delivery of goods shall be 10 to 15 working days from date of confirmation of order but may be delivered before such time. Deliveries may be delayed due to force majeur, logistical, promotional and other considerations. Where stock is sold out due to the above factors, Planet54 shall endeavour to assist customers by offering similar goods or products or store credit in lieu of such shortages. Planet54 reserves the rights to disable all discount codes for 3rd party promotions, month end sales and special promotions.

1. Order Received At Planet54
We have successfully received your order and it is currently in
our Warehouse for picking
2. Collected By Courier
The order has been picked, packed and our designated transport
company has collected it from our warehouse.
3. Out For Delivery
Your order has now left the transport companies warehouse and it is on route
to be delivered to you.
4. Order Delivered
Your order has been successfully delivered

During this period, Planet54 Head Office will be closing on the 23rd Dec and is scheduled to reopen on the 8th Jan 2020.
